There are many ways to memorize words, and visualization is considered one of the most effective.
For example, take the word abundance. It sounds like the Mongolian phrase ААВЫН ДАНС (“dad's bank account”).
Its meaning: plentiful, abundant, rich.
To remember it, picture dad's bank account that is always plentiful — so you get money from him every day. When you see “abundance”, recall the key phrase “аавын данс”, and the image brings back the meaning “plentiful”. Easy, right?
