Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google (the openid, email and profile scopes). If you register with email, we store the name and email address you enter and your password (only in hashed form).

Payment information. When you buy Premium we keep the plan, amount, invoice number, payment status and dates. Payments are made through QPay; we never receive or store your bank card or account details.

Usage information. We keep the words you search for, when you searched, and — if you are signed in — which account searched. For sign-in security we keep your IP address and browser information (user agent).

Information you send us. Messages, suggested words and email addresses you send through the help form or feedback.

Cookies. We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language. Visitors without Premium see ads from Google AdSense; Google and its partners may use cookies to serve those ads.

We use the information only to:

• create your account, sign you in and keep your account secure;
• grant Premium, check payments and show your payment history;
• send service emails such as email confirmation and password reset;
• improve the dictionary (for example, adding words people could not find) and understand how the service is used;
• answer your feedback and questions.

We do not sell your information or use it to build advertising profiles.

When you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and profile picture, and use them only to create your account and sign you in. The sign-in tokens Google issues are stored only to keep your sign-in working; we never use them to access any other data in your Google Account (such as email, files or contacts).

Collective toli's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer this information to third parties or use it for advertising.

We share information only with the providers needed to run the service:

• Google — sign-in and advertising (AdSense);
• QPay — receiving and checking payments;
• Email provider — sending confirmation and password reset emails.

We may disclose information to authorities when required by law.

We keep account information while your account is active, payment records for as long as accounting law requires, and search history for as long as it helps improve the dictionary.

Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and only authorized administrators can access the data.

You can view and edit your details on the "My profile" page. To delete your account and related data, or to get a copy of it, email collectivetoli@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com).

The dictionary is meant for learners of all ages. Children under 13 should register with the permission of a parent or guardian.

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
